Born in New Haven, Connecticut on June 18, 1989. Raised in Davenport, Iowa, and currently residing in Iowa City, Iowa. I moved to Iowa City in a last minute effort to further my path as an athlete rowing on the crew team. Two years down that path I realized college athletics were not for me and I started searching within the Univeristy for a new goal, a new passion. Found triathlons and quickly decided that the cycling aspect would work out best or me. Met Audrey and Marco who introduced me to the gravel roads of Iowa and I haven’t looked back since.

In 2011 I completed my first 100 miles on gravel, the Gritty Brevet. Quickly after that I signed up for my first TransIowa attempt. In 2012 I attempted TransIowa, got lost, then continued the rest of the year working tirelessly delivering food by bicycle at Jimmy John’s. No more events were attempted except for clinging to a tandem with Dennis Grelk for 62 miles at the Chequamegon 100.

Fast forward to 2013, I am in the present. I have one job for the first time in nearly four years. I am two years out from graduating college. I am surrrounded by incredibly supportive friends, family, and communities. I want to go farther, get faster, and do everything better.

Hello. I passed you on the DK 200 at mile 78 or so. I noticed you were slowing down. I asked you if you were the girl from the video. Hope everything was ok. Last year my bike broke at 31 miles into DK. This year I was able to finish it. Cheers from Atlanta.
